Its gelatinous body, reinforced by internal silicate lattices, allows it to navigate the labyrinthine fissures carved by colossal Stone-Weavers without succumbing to crushing pressure. These agile scavengers thrive exclusively within fresh rock fractures, using specialized rasping mandibles to harvest exposed mineral veins and micro-fossils left bare by tectonic stress. Their iridescent carapaces shift from slate-grey to rust-red as they digest iron-rich sediments, serving as living indicators of recent geological activity across the super-Earth's hyper-dense crust.

Umbra vorax, colloquially the Shadow-Stalker, is a parasitic flatworm endemic to Aethelgard Prime's high-gravity basalt plains. Measuring merely three centimeters, its translucent, black body adheres tightly beneath the chitinous carapaces of Stone-Weavers, exploiting the host's 2.8g stability while feeding on nutrient-rich hemolymph through a specialized proboscis. This creature has evolved a unique sensory adaptation: it detects minute seismic vibrations generated by the Weavers' subterranean movements, using these signals to triangulate nearby prey without expending energy. Consequently, Shadow-Stalkers remain nearly invisible, riding their hosts as silent, living ambush predators across the crushing landscape of this super-Earth.
